Accessibility

Our goal

We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is a goal, not a claim: parts of the site may not meet it yet, and we are working to find and fix what does not.

If something does not work for you

Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. If you use a screen reader, magnifier or another tool, tell us which one; it helps us find the problem.

• Email info@tread-os.com
• Call or text (720) 439-0188

If you cannot complete an order on the site, contact us and we will work with you to find another way to do it.

Parts we do not run

Card payment happens on a secure payment page run by our payment processor, and payment options are handled by a separate provider on its own site. Their pages follow their own accessibility practices, not ours. If you have trouble with one, tell us and we will help where we can.
