3. User Responsibilities

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice
• Prices shown are subject to availability and may change
• Prices do not include installation unless explicitly stated
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe)
• You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account
• Taxes and fees may apply based on your location

6. Orders and Cancellations

• Orders are subject to product availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
• Cancellation policies vary by product and service type
• Built-to-order wheels are final once production begins — see section 7
• Contact us promptly for any order modifications

7. Custom, Built-to-Order Wheels

Some wheels we sell are built to order. You choose the design, the diameter and the finish, and the manufacturer then builds that exact set for you. Nothing is taken from a shelf, and a finished set has no other buyer. Where this applies, the product page and your checkout summary say “Built to order” before you pay.

Once production begins, these orders are final. They cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.

Before production begins

Ask us to cancel and we will, provided the manufacturer has not started your build. Email support@tread-os.com with your order reference — it is on your order confirmation, in the form TO-XXXXXXXX. We will check with the manufacturer and confirm in writing either way.

We cannot tell you in advance how long that window lasts. The manufacturer decides when a build starts, not us, and on some designs it is the same day. Treat the order as final from the moment you place it, and contact us immediately if you need to stop it.

After production begins

The set is yours. That includes changing your mind about the finish, changing or selling the vehicle, or deciding the wheels are not what you pictured. The manufacturer may contact you to confirm fitment details before building; if they do, that is your opportunity to correct the order.

What this section does not take away

This is about changing your mind. It does not limit what you are owed if something is wrong with the order. Contact us and we will replace the wheels or refund you if:

• the wheels that arrive are not the ones you ordered
• they arrive damaged
• they have a manufacturing defect
• they do not match the specification we confirmed to you

Please inspect the delivery. Wheel sets ship by freight. Check the set before you sign for it, and note any damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Damage recorded at delivery is far easier for us to put right than damage reported afterwards.

Which products this applies to

This section covers built-to-order wheels only. Tires, and wheels we sell from existing stock, are covered by section 6 instead.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under Colorado or United States law that cannot be waived by agreement.

8. Product Warranties

Tires sold through TREAD OS are covered by manufacturer warranties. We do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers. Warranty claims must be submitted according to manufacturer guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TREAD OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper tire use or installation performed elsewhere
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TREAD OS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TREAD OS, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
