Who we are

Tread OS LLC is a Colorado business that sells tires and wheels online. We are online-first: we have no walk-in storefront, we hold no stock ourselves, and we do not perform installations. Orders ship from our supplier warehouses, and in the Denver metro you can have an order delivered to an approved, independent partner shop that does the install.

Reach us

• Call or text (720) 439-0188
• General questions, or a question before you buy: info@tread-os.com
• Help with an order or a return: support@tread-os.com

For an order, include your order reference (it starts with TO-) so we can find it without asking you twice.

Mailing address

Tread OS LLC
1312 17th St #326
Denver, CO 80202

This is where we receive mail. It is not a store, so please do not visit expecting to shop. If you want to return something, contact us first and we will tell you how; do not mail a return to this address without hearing from us.

Before you order

Our policies are written out in full so you can read them first: how we ship and what it costs, how returns and refunds work, and the terms of sale.
