Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our tires, services, and pricing

Tires & Selection

How do I find the right tire size for my vehicle?+

Check the sticker on your driver's door jamb or the tire sidewall for your size (e.g., 225/65R17). Or use our AI tire assistant — tell it your year, make, and model and it finds the right fit.

Do you carry all-season, winter, and summer tires?+

Yes — all three are in the catalog. For Colorado drivers we generally suggest all-season for everyday use, and dedicated winter tires if you are in the mountains regularly.

What brands do you carry?+

Our catalog is drawn live from our distributors and changes with what is actually available, so the brands you see are the brands we can genuinely deliver. Search your size or vehicle to see current options and pricing.

Can you help me choose the right tire for Colorado weather?+

Absolutely. Our AI tire assistant considers your vehicle, driving habits, and Colorado's mix of dry highways, wet roads, and mountain snow to recommend the best options.

Installation & Services

What's included with tire installation?+

When you add local install (Denver metro) at checkout, it includes professional mounting, computerized spin balancing, TPMS relearn, torque to spec, and old-tire disposal.

How much does install cost?+

In the Denver metro you pick your install shop at checkout and the price you see includes their work — nothing is added at the counter. Outside Denver we ship to you and you arrange installation locally.

Do you do TPMS sensor replacement?+

A TPMS relearn is part of local install. If your vehicle needs new TPMS sensors, that can be handled at install time.

How long does tire installation take?+

Most tire installs take 45 minutes to an hour. Your shop schedules the appointment with you once your tires arrive.

Pricing & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe. Financing options are being finalized — subject to eligibility and provider approval; terms vary.

Do you offer financing or buy now, pay later?+

We accept card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe. Financing options are being finalized — subject to eligibility and provider approval; terms vary.

Are your prices competitive?+

Pricing is wholesale-direct retail with no haggling. Local install in the Denver metro is priced separately at checkout — what you see is what you pay, no hidden fees.

Is there a warranty on tires?+

All tires and wheels carry the manufacturer's warranty. If you have an issue with a local install (mounting or balancing), email support@tread-os.com and we'll make it right.
